You may need to try your credentials as: llcc\email address (llcc\juser1234@llcc.edu) and password or just your email address (juser1234@llcc.edu) and password.

I have an active LLCC account, but my device will only connect to the Guest-LLCC WiFi. What should I do?

Please verify that your Username and Password are functional by logging into either a computer on campus or accessing one of the LLCC online applications (WebAdvisor, Email or Blackboard). If you are not able to log into these apps, your password will need to be reset in WebAdvisor.

If your account is functioning, make sure that your personal smart device has the latest updates installed. We do recommend that you power off the device and then power back on if it has not been shut down recently. You may bring your personal device to the IT Helpdesk, located in Sangamon Hall, Room 1132 during our walk-in hours (please check the IT Services Home page for current hours of operation) for assistance once these steps have been completed.

I’m connected to the Guest-LLCC, how do I start using the Internet?

You must click on Accept on the Internet window showing Welcome to Lincoln Land Community College.

I’m using the Guest-LLCC WiFi and I can’t access Office 365?

The Guest-LLCC has limited Internet functionality. If you need to access Office 365 or another app that is denied, please connect to the LLCC-Student network. If you do not have an active LLCC account, you may need to use your Data Plan and not the Guest-LLCC WiFi.
