Stephens Room AV system

To turn on the monitors use the remote.

Check that the mouse and keyboard are turned on. Tap on the shift key or move the mouse to wake up the computer. Sign in.

Teams may take a minute to initialize after the windows logs in. Then confirm the device settings are correct. Click on your profile in teams and choose Manage account. If you tapped on the “…” in the upper right corner, then choose Settings.

Under Devices you should see the “Logi Rally Audio.”

Under the camera settings you should see a view of the room.

The camera changes from sleep status to active when you enter the Devices settings in Teams, or you start a meeting.

If it does not work in this fashion, contact the helpdesk (786-2555).

The microphones on the ceiling indicate with a red ring if they are muted or with a blue ring if they are active.
