Over the past few years, the competition between Zoom and Teams has yielded feature enhancement from both solutions.
This allows us the ability to use Teams without losing any features that may have been previously used in Zoom.
Below are some comparisons of features between Zoom and Teams.

What if I already have a Zoom EDU account?
Effective Dec 16, 2022, any Zoom EDU licenses purchased by LLCC will be converted to free accounts. If you feel that you still need a Zoom account, please speak with your supervisor or Dean for review and departmental purchasing.
Does Teams have all the same features as Zoom?
In a word - Yes! Although updates are constantly being made to both platforms, Teams and Zoom have very similar feature sets. In fact, Teams provides more features in the way of document collaboration, enterprise level chat and Office 365 resource utilization.
