Outlook Application instructions

• In the Outlook desktop search box at the top, search for "Open Other User's Folder"
• In the results of the search, select the action "Open Other User's Folder"
• In the resulting dialog enter the email address of the shared mailbox, folder type "Inbox", select "OK"
• The shared inbox should then be visible in the menu to the left in Outlook

Outlook Web instructions

• In Outlook Web
• Click on your user profile icon in the upper right corner
• Click "Open another mailbox"
• Enter the email address of the shared mailbox and click "Open"
• The shared mailbox should open in a new tab
