Student & Staff Password Reset

The password reset process is the same for students, faculty, and staff. The system will know whether you are a student, faculty, or staff member. Please read the password reset instructions and watch the accompanying video before proceeding.

Step-by-step Instructions
  1. Open the Firefox browser and go to and click on Email under Student or Faculty/Staff Resources.
  2. Enter your Email Address .
    • Click on Next.
  3. Click on Forgot my password.
  4. Enter the characters in the picture in the box for verification.
    • Click on Next.
  5. The two chosen methods of contact set up in the Authentication Verification process will appear.
    • You must have access to the phone or third-party email account to continue if these are the options that were set up.
  6. Complete both Verification Step 1 and Verification Step 2.
  7. You will be prompted to immediately change your password to a new secure password.
    • A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 characters, and must have three out of four of the following:
      • Lowercase characters.
      • Uppercase characters.
      • Numbers (0-9).
      • Special Characters

Update your password on your smart device when accessing LLCC WI-FI and/or your email via Outlook or the native mail app on your device.
